The Maintenance supervisor handles all general property maintenance for the community, in addition to resident service requests and turning units for occupancy. Weekends and emergency on-call rotation are required. Qualified candidates must have experience.
- Organize work orders,maintenance team for daily schedules, calling vendors for the upcoming units Identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C, and heating systems, appliances, carpet, vinyl, flooring, etc in occupied units.
- Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and appliance installation.
- Ensure that resident service orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in.
- Responsible for maintaining clean grounds and excellent curb appeal.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws

Pay: $28.00 per hour
