A well established Aviation company that manufactures rotor blades for helicopters is looking for a new facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join their team! This position will include overseeing their 24,000 sq foot manufacturing facility - performing preventative maintenance, minor HVAC and electrical repairs as well as working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Facilities Supervisor Job Duties:
- Maintain upkeep of equipment, systems and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance
- Assist with renovations and refurbishments
- Fix malfunctions in shop tools, equipment and facilities
- 5+ years of experience in facilities operations
- Familiar with HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- 2+ years experience in set up and operation of wood cutting equipment
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts
- Must be able to read and interpret work orders
- Self starter - must be able to work with minimal supervision
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $28-$30+ DOE
Location: Tempe, AZ (In the next 2 years will be moving to East Mesa Airfield)
