Form of workThe Bouqs is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual to serve as a Production Assistant for
E-commerce Photo Shoots. The individual will be assisting both the photographer and the florist in various aspects of a floral product shoot. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within studio and Product Photography and insight into floral arranging and design.
Floral and photographic experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is!

Responsibilities:
- Process, label, and organize floral deliveries with care, speed, and efficiency
- Pre-shoot prep and post-shoot clean-up, as well as breakdown
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout
- Assist Florist with physical aspects of floral processes
- Assist Photographer with studio lighting and tabletop set up; change and breakdown sets
- Assist Photographer with shoot processes including tracking shot lists and SKU organization
- Assist with digitech responsibilities on MacBook Pro: file naming, image capture and adjustments
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Production Assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Comfortable with Mac computers and systems
- Ability to learn processes quickly and move efficiently
- Sense of urgency and willingness to assist without direction
- Must be able to lift 30lbs and work on feet for up to 6-8 hours
- Willingly to jump in when needed; literally lend a hand in photos if necessary
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Familiarity with digital cameras, photographic principles, lighting equipment, and studio sets
- Experience with Product Photography and prop styling
- Knowledge of Capture One or other photo tethering programs
- Experience with florals or perishable products
Compensation & Perks:
- $250/per day, 8-10-hour days
