Product Solutions Analyst

Altra Federal Credit Union is hiring an experienced and self-motivated Product Solutions Analyst in our Business Innovation department. The Product Solutions Analyst will manage the ongoing functionality and administration of Altra’s third party vendor development solutions and work closely with business units to prioritize, recommend, and implement enhancements that will gain efficiencies for the credit union.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Use a data driven approach to determine enhancements and change requestions.
• Define specific and measurable KPIs for products.
• Work to execute and maintain roadmap of solutions.
• Manage deliverables, milestones, and schedules for new enhancements and releases.
• Oversee activities with third party vendor relating to the design and development of software solutions.
• Act as liaison on technical issues related to integrations, development, and requirements, as well as liaison with Business Process Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and end users.
• Document efficiencies and enhancements and write business and functional requirements for new or revised features and enhancements.
• Document complex data and process flow of solutions.
• Map integrations between all systems and automation processes
• Write business requirements as needed.

Qualified candidates will be required to have a High School Diploma, GED or HSED. An Associate degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Management Information Systems is required. Additional experience beyond required degree will be considered. A minimum of three (3) years of similar or related experience supporting software applications. Knowledge of retail banking preferred.

Must have the ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Must be highly self-motivated, self-starter, logical reasoning, analytical and efficient. Keen attention to detail and strong customer service skills required. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment would be beneficial. Experience with Visio preferred. Must be able to work at a desk for long periods of time and have the ability to handle fast-paced environments and stressful situations as they occur.

The Product Solutions Analyst position is located at the Operations Center in Onalaska, WI, however, blended/hybrid, 100% remote or 100% in-office options are available after 3-6 months of employment once successfully completing all position-specific training and demonstration of consistent and satisfactory work performance.

This position is full time, 40-hours a week, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines and on-call schedules is required, but only as needed.
