TITLE:Product Marketing Manager (FLY / ARC)

REPORTS TO: Head of Product - Brian Keyes
Job Summary
Blade HQ is searching for a Director of Marketing to build a robust marketing vision and practice for two distinct brands. The Director of Marketing will collaborate with the Product Team to craft compelling stories and personas to market our catalog of over 800 SKUs DTC and B2B. They will coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth product releases and timelines.
Responsibilities- Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Define big-picture marketing strategy and vision to sell a catalog of over 800 SKUs both direct and B2B.
- Refine and define brand positioning for two distinct brands including target demographics, visual identity, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the product team to craft compelling storytelling for products.
- Coordinate product launches including pricing strategies, product lifecycle, and advertising. Work with the operations team to ensure smooth drops.
- Work with influencers to build a strong affiliate marketing program.
- Manage marketing assets and team members to carry out email and social media campaigns. Advocate for team growth and hiring where needed.
- 3-5 years of experience building robust marketing programs and distinct brand identities
- Strong understanding of product development timelines, challenges, and technical knowledge.
- Utilize available resources to accomplish goals and meet deadlines on many concurrent projects.
- Ability to communicate with executives and designers in the English language through compelling marketing plans.
- Experience with marketing in both DTC and B2B spaces.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; Able to utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Full Time, 40 hours/week
- - Fri. 9am - 5pm
- On-site in Pleasant Grove, UT or Hybrid preferred
- Pay: Starts $70k per year, DOE
- Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time
- Consistent use of keyboard and mouse
- Looking at a computer screen for a long period of time
- Safe handling of knives and other edged cutting tools
