In this exciting role, the Associate eCommerce Product Manager will be at the forefront of executing projects that help our e-commerce brands improve the conversion and customer experience on our websites. As part of the Growth team, the Associate eCommerce Product Manager will have the opportunity to learn from senior team members who are leading eCommerce innovations for the company. You will make an impact by contributing to the entire web development process that fuels our company’s revenue growth engine.


Responsibilities

  • WIth management of eCommerce Digital Product Manager to support website rebuilds, enhancements and feature roadmaps, and help break the work down into stories
  • Use your analytic skills to drive insights about product usage, adoption, and customer needs to surface opportunities for features and enhancements
  • Report eCommerce performance and analysis to stakeholders, with the goal of improving website performance, conversion and user experience
  • Have a data-driven mindset that relies on fact-driven feedback, suggestions, and solutions for improving customer experience; be ready to dig in to details or research to find answers
  • Troubleshoot website issues that hinder function and/or performance at the root-cause level; solve challenges creatively and quickly, or escalate to leaders using sound judgment
  • Identify web trends in the ecommerce world to keep brands up to date on best practices
  • Review, organize, and summarize incoming feature and project requests, and understand business goals and requirements for each request
  • Conduct a daily site audit and fix any copy changes, 404 broken links, broken pages, liquid errors, and brief bug tickets as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices for feature releases and coding standards of deployments
  • Research product discoveries, identify eCommerce trends, conduct competitor analysis and ideate scope of requirements to improve site CVR, performance, UX
  • Ideate Digital Product AB Tests in partnership with Growth and eCommerce team members.
  • Create and groom tickets in JIRA for Development teams fully scoped with user stories, scenarios, dependencies and acceptance criteria
  • Partnership and relationship building with stakeholders including Engineering, Marketing and Brand leaders to create implementation schedules using Agile methods
  • Testing for quality assurance, user acceptance, new features, new software, and new brand programs; document feedback and manage changes
  • Seek to improve the website development process by implementing simple, maintainable solutions to help the team work more efficiently
  • Advocate for the customers and brand objectives throughout the process
  • Reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Complete briefs and eCommerce product initiatives meeting deadlines with attention to detail
  • Contribute and ideate enhancements that will drive to hit budgets MoM and make quick pivots to hit demand
  • Partner with eCommerce Demand Generation team to make impactful changes and insightful actions to drive higher AOV, conversions and quality journeys for end user
Requirements:

  • Accountable for thorough tickets, user acceptance and scope to development
  • Accountable for efficiency within sprints using prioritization methodology and impact to business ultimately driving incremental revenue
  • Maintaining Digital Product roadmap for brands that ties into portfolio Digital Product roadmap and governance

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience in an eCommerce environment
  • Experience working within Enterprise eCommerce business driving growth in KPI’s and YoY Revenue
  • Ability and desire to work with technical and non-technical people
  • High aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Experience working with engineers and UX designers
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and project management a plus
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle, from discovery to launch to research and innovation
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field
  • Shopify, PowerBI & Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end web development; coding skills are preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday
  • Desire to serve customers in hair extension industry
