The Product Analyst III will be a key member of the IT Digital Applications team serving as an interface between the business owners and IT project teams to identify business requirements and translate these into functional design specifications. Project Management skills are required as sometimes this position, with general supervision from the manager, will assist IT development team with scoping the customer requirements (CR)s and feed those estimates back into the product roadmap.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to gather requirements using best practices for requirement elicitation and documentation for software applications
- Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
- Collaborate with business and technical leads to successfully integrate data and business processes across systems
- Support operational oversight of technical requirements development & testing. Triaging, resolving, and responding to issues. Documenting defects, developing remediation plans
- Ability to synthesize and organize complex information in order to complete assigned tasks
- Ability to gather data from across the organization and synthesize to meet business objectives
- Communication skills translating business needs into coherent and actionable data displays
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement. Works closely to inspect process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Interface with managed clients to document requirements and track progress through external testing and release
- Manage the requirements for large regulatory and strategic projects, and act as subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Developing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Prioritizing and refining the product backlog, which involves creating and ordering backlog items such as features, user stories, and bug fixes
- Document process flows to identify actors, inputs, outputs and dependencies; ensure software development decisions support process model
- Serve as a conduit of information in IT infrastructure, capabilities, limitations, systems to other departments
- Provide and promote internal communication between IT and other functional groups establishing a strong link between IT and the rest of the organization
- Participate in business process enhancement meetings
- Provide software demonstrations and join in on customer conversations
- Provide value proposition to different user groups and customer segments by learning and articulating the value of the software
- Provide assistance to the Quality Assurance of the product by testing case development, reviewing, and executing test cases and support all stakeholders during testing activities
- Assist developers to ensure comprehensive understanding of design specifications for translation into application code
- Assist development team with resolving software defects by representing the business and user needs and perspectives
- Participating in Agile Ceremonies: Attending and actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
Undergraduate degree in business, information technology, or other technical degree required
Minimum of Six (6)+ years’ experience in a business systems analyst role or equivalent
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred
Experience with InVision, Adobe XD, or other similar tools used to sketch screen mockups is a plus
Experience with Jira or other requirements gathering platforms a preferred
Current experience writing agile documents strongly preferred
Wound Care experience a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of Agile SDLC
Working knowledge of business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expert level understanding of Excel
Working knowledge of healthcare electronic medical records (experience with i-heal is a plus)
Proven ability to practice a variety of techniques to ensure complete requirements
Knowledge of database driven dynamic web application development
Must be proficient in gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements to business and technical resources
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Conveys information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents and presentations
Strong oral and written communication skills, can effectively interact with leaders and personnel at all levels of the organization
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications (most notably excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and able to quickly learn other work-related software
