What You'll Get to Do:
CACI has an opening for a Senior Functional Analyst to support the Naval Aviation Production Process- Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA). Administratively assigned to Training Wing SIX, the analyst will provide senior Naval Aviation leadership expertise and advice in direct support of the ongoing Naval Aviator Production Process (NAPP) for aviation training business process improvement, with a focus on Task Group Primary, Task Group Naval Flight Officer (NFO), and Task Group Rotary. This individual will be directly responsible for managing a group of up to five program analysts.
More About the Role:

• Conduct in-depth research and statistical/quantitative analysis regarding production and resource utilization through measured interpretation of NAPP integrated production data repository (NIPDR) charts/associated data
• Provide support in developing the methodologies for process implementation including revising Task Group charters, metrics review and changes, and training new members using current NAPP tools, policies and methodologies
• Support senior Training Wing Commanders and Commanding Officers on their role in driving required NAPP process adherence, and present complex findings, recommendations, and briefs to CNATRA, United States Marine Corps Training Command, supporting commands, and appropriate senior officials as required.
• Liaise with other task groups and Naval Aviation Production Team (NAPT) stakeholders.
• Analyze production barriers to determine and recommend optimum course(s) of action (COA) for senior leadership resolution.
• Collect, review, and analyze a variety of narrative, historical, and/or statistical data for preparation of management briefs and study reports.
• Facilitate recurring NAPP meetings and the effective functioning of the Task Groups.
• Make recommendations on all matters directly related to the Production Process to the Task Groups and Task Group Leads.
• Provided support in the coordination among all TGs to ensure the correct balance of student NFOs, student pilots
• Monitor Task Group student flow to ensure just in time delivery, and make recommendations to Task Group Program Managers to improve the just in time delivery process.
• Facilitates communication among various levels of operational units and higher headquarters
• The analyst will collaborate with dispersed CACI and government representatives, and integrate as a valued team member in the overall management of the training process related to metrics to support production decisions. The analyst will perform assigned functions and coordinate with other team members electronically, by telephone, or in person, as appropriate.
• This position will be physically located at Training Wing SIX, NAS Pensacola, FL and is available for immediate fill.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ten years of aviation related senior leadership/program management with U.S. military
• Must have Aviation Production experience in training command or fleet.
• Must have professional briefing and presentation skills in front of senior leadership.
• Must be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment, and committed to long-term employment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% out of area /15% local
• Must have personal transportation and comply with all vehicular/personnel requirements necessary to access U.S. Military installations.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Required Hardware/Software Qualifications:

• Must be proficient with web browser technologies, common data entry requirements and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced skill level using Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office and Internet.

Required Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Thorough knowledge of the NAPP and Naval Aviation Training
• Working knowledge of NIPDR and the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) database programs. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; personable team player. Mature, analytical thinker.
