SAIC is looking for innovative and committed individuals to help the government achieve their goals and deliver mission excellence on important national programs.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Targeting and Object Based Production (OBP) team supporting our DIA and USCENTCOM customer in Tampa, Florida. SAIC has been leaders in the fields and at the Agency for the past ten years, and is looking to expand the Tampa team with a senior OBP / Intel Analyst who has strong SIGINT, OBI, and targeting experience. As a senior Intel Analyst at USCENTCOM, you will help support MARS design and engineering solutions, establish logic-based rules to support ontology development, and support DIA operational requirements.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and guiding MARS HYBRID engineering solutions and prototype for future MARS OMS
- Developing logic-based rule sets for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to support the five major areas within the Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functions
- Providing Defense Intelligence Agency and Combatant Command Global support by establishing data and system governance, while applying structured analytic tradecraft technique
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of overall combined SIGINT experience:
- Minimum seven (7) years of COMINT
- Minimum seven (7) years of ELINT
- Minimum one to two (1-2) years of OPELINT, TECELINT, and FISINT
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in All-Source Intelligence
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in targeting, target management, and target methodology (specifically Deliberate and Dynamic operations)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with GCCS and FADE Suite of Tools (e.g., MIST, Intelbook, and Watchbox)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with MARS and MIDB databases
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Order of Battle (OB) with knowledge in composition and disposition of forces methodology
- SIGINT, IMINT, and All-Source working experience in all Combatant Command Areas of Responsibilities (AORs)
- Working experience in Object Based Production (OBP), Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Governance and Ontology, and other Intelligence/Analytical based programs
- Experience working with and/or consulting with senior leaders within all Military Branches, Major Commands, and National Agencies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare and conduct briefings and training to senior staff, government officials, and agency personnel utilizing VTC, IC Connect, and other means
- Ability to work independently with minimal government oversight
Desired:
- Database manager skills is highly recommended
- Working knowledge in ISR and ISR planning, collection management, intelligence-based systems, and NSRP is highly recommended
