We’re looking for a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team. This position can be based out of our Miami, FL or fully remote. In this role you’ll partner and support cross-functional stakeholder and leadership teams in strategically leading travel related sourcing projects. In addition, you’ll help primary stakeholders manage vendor relations, support ad hoc requests and other special projects. This position will monitor supplier performance through KPIs, manage their relationship and systematically communicate expectations, performance, and resolve escalated supplier issues.

Responsibilities
- Primary point of engagement and escalation for brand teams, who delivers execution of an effective strategic sourcing plan for assigned projects or categories that creates long term value while meeting brand objectives
- Process owner who effectively manages P2P order lifecycle and drives overall workflow
- Develops and negotiates spot purchases required for special requests while working with management and strategic sourcing teams to consolidate spend and identify opportunities that can reduce spot buys
- Subject matter expert on supplier relationship management to purchasing organization and process partners, who drives effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with expediting in the escalation of supplier issues and ensures all vendors are paid to terms
- Uses sourcing experience to build credibility through partnerships with key supply partners, and elevates the level of influence in Travel and other various Indirect spend categories
- Builds strong partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both Shipboard and Shoreside, through frequent value add interactions

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in strategic sourcing/procurement
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Strong P2P lifecycle skills, price/cost analysis, and overall supply chain process
- Strong leadership characteristics
- Experience in supporting cross functional teams
- Works effectively in Microsoft Office but most importantly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Project management, process improvement
- 7 Step Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation skills and practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Crunchtime, MXP, Oracle preferred but not required
- Comfortability presenting to stakeholders and leadership
- Preferred comfortability supporting category strategy build
- Procurement or negotiation certification preferred but not required
- Supply chain experience
- Exposure to finance Travel sourcing experience i.e. Hotel and Ground Transportation

- Rewards & Incentives Base Salary Range: $64,300.00 to $86,800.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
