As a Solutions Specialist, you will help drive sales of our software portfolio to help differentiate our offering and propel revenue. You will overlay a team of outside sales executives as a specialist to teach customers, advance sales cycles, provide product demonstrations and assist in closing business. You will spearhead product implementation post-sale, provide necessary support to integrate the solution into the client’s organization and train them as needed.
Product Management as it relates to Sales
- Evangelize the solutions portfolio value proposition throughout the sales organization and transfer your passion and excitement to the sales force
- Build and product manage a portfolio of software solutions that will help differentiate our offering and drive MFP sales
- Work with solution vendors to cultivate relationships that lead to customer success stories and build a portfolio of replicable solutions for industry
- Drive proof of concepts with potential customers as well as lead customer-facing presentations
- Develop solutions demo room and virtual demo strategy that can be deployed in every branch location
- Support sales force in the field as solutions expert
- Identify target markets and go-to-market strategies for our sales teamProvide pricing and configuration guidance
- Know and educate sales force on available manufacturer resources
- Drive to simplify the offering product bundles, etc
- Introduce/launch products to sales force
- Spearhead continuing education events/opportunities for sales force
- Create a productive and fun work atmosphere through incentive programs
- Provide support/assistance in advancing sales cycles and closing deals
- Create Statement of Work (SOW) document that outlines customer and Solution Specialist’s responsibilities for install, training and customization
- Willingness to learn and bring new solution technologies that help round out solutions portfolio
- Gather customer technical requirements needed to guide software development and assists in managing the overall project process particularly in communicating timelines and expectations with dealer and customer
- Support product launch activities and internal sales training
- General Administration: submit all supporting documentation and adhere to corporate policies in a complete and timely manner
- Craft and implement solutions to resolve complex customer situations
Product Management as it relates to Operations
- Track and report relevant metrics
- Provide strategic guidance on product trends, pricing and positioning
- Work with manufacturer reps to maintain relations and secure marketing development funds
- Take lead in pricing strategies and constructing statements of work
- Provide strategic guidance on developing profitable professional services
Product Management as it relates to Post-Sale Analyst Services
- Coordination of implementation stakeholders and completion of installation
- Field post-sales support calls
- Work with Network Installation Technician to provide training for post-sale support
- Provide second-level support to Network Installation Technician

Desired Skills and Experience
- Document Workflow expertise with line of business processes a must
- Experience Required: minimum 3-5 years related work experience
- Experience Desired: Sales, Copier/MFD knowledge
- Experience with Fiery print devices preferred
- This job requires travel in the State of Arizona and requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.
Estimated $65k-$85K a year plus commissions based on experience.
