Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Specialist to join our dynamic team for a residency position with one of our prestigious clients in Scottsdale, Az. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for both Microsoft and Mac environments. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently, utilizing your expertise in RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of networking principles and excel in troubleshooting various network-related issues. Additionally, you will have the ability to lead and manage IT initiatives from a technical standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft and Mac systems.
2. Utilize RMM and PSA tools effectively to resolve technical issues.
3. Demonstrate expertise in networking troubleshooting.
4. Lead IT projects from a technical perspective.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and understanding.
6. Demonstrate exceptional organization and prioritization skills, managing multiple tickets simultaneously.
7. Assess and prioritize issues based on severity and urgency.
8. Remain calm under pressure and effectively handle customer frustrations.
9. Provide end-user training on various technical domains.
10. Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to overcommunicate and ensure comprehension.
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to remain composed under pressure and handle customer frustrations professionally.
- Experience in leading and managing IT initiatives.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) administration.
