Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our team as Exterior Maintenance Specialists. This position involves a variety of exterior cleaning services, such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing for both residential and commercial properties. We are committed to your growth and development, offering comprehensive training to candidates showing strong work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and a dedication to safety. No previous experience required – we are willing to Train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

- Conduct exterior cleaning services, adhering to company standards, which include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.

- Maintain and safely operate all equipment.

- Deliver superior customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.

- Efficiently complete tasks independently and as part of a team.

- Perform on-site evaluations and suggest additional services as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields (landscaping, construction, etc.) is a plus, but not required – willing to Train the right candidate.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and carry out physically demanding tasks.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortably climbing ladders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.59 - $25.91 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
