Are you ready to dive into the heart of the action? We're seeking an Onsite Technical Customer Service Representative with a passion for off-road adventures to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice directly assisting off-road enthusiasts with technical queries, installation hurdles, and seamless order processing.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers, offering expert guidance and solutions for product inquiries
- Navigate technical challenges with finesse, troubleshooting installation issues like a pro
- Maintain clear and concise communication through email correspondence
- Ensure smooth sailing with accurate sales order entry and efficient returns processing
- Opportunity to ride company vehicles and to travel to SxS Events.
