Carl's Place, a manufacturer and e-commerce retailer of indoor golf equipment and related technology, is seeking a computer-savvy, detail-oriented, go-getter to support our Customer Service Team in creating top-notch customer experiences. Whether it be data entry and transfer, capturing meeting notes, sharing order details with our customers, or assisting agents with their customers’ projects, the Carl’s Place Customer Service Support Specialist will support the team in the ongoing effort to exceed our customers' expectations at every opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Apply critical thinking and exercise sound judgment in all tasks
- Develop a general understanding of the business, product offering, and workflow
- Professionally respond to high-level customer requests as assigned
- Provide support that enables Carl’s Place to exceed customer expectations and offer suggestions to continually improve the customer experience
- Convey a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers and coworkers
- Create, maintain, and update records and resources as advised
- Capture meeting notes as needed
- Provide internal support for multiple agents as needed, including but not limited to creating quotes, online product research, record keeping, carrier claims, returns/refunds, and various Customer Service-related tasks
What you’ll bring:

- Comfort with technology, familiarity with Google Suites, and a knack for computer navigation

Other Qualifications:
- A High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent is required
- Experience with customer support via phone, e-mail, and/or chat is preferred
- A fondness for and familiarity with golf is ideal, though not required

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
