CUSTOMER SERVICE/CONTRACT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Our company is currently undergoing expansion, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our dynamic team in the role of Customer Service/Contract Support Specialist. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in supporting both Customer Service and Contracts functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Service: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to facilitate quoting and order-related activities efficiently.
Prepare Quotes: Accurately generate detailed quotes based on various contracts, considering pricing models, terms, and conditions. Additionally, provide standard quotes tailored to specific regions of the country.
Reception Backup: Serve as backup for the receptionist, covering lunch periods by answering phones and greeting guests with professionalism.
Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to minimize errors in the quoting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Position Expectations:
Self-Motivated: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Collaborative Skills: Exhibit exceptional collaboration skills within a team environment to address and solve departmental issues.
Communication Skills: Possess advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles will be advantageous.
Independence and Teamwork: Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team, contributing positively to the team's objectives.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills: Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
