This position is responsible for day to day consultation/troubleshooting of Point of Care lab testing at various Providence Medical Group (PMG) Lab draw stations and specific PMG clinics. The position is also responsible for ensuring that daily quality assurance and compliance activities are being performed when Point of Care lab testing is completed. This includes coordinating, training, controlling Point of Care testing, annual competency testing throughout the assigned PMG clinics and PMG lab draw stations in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Lab Science or Medical Technology
- Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
- Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists Or
- Upon hire: National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts Or
- Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
- Upon hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
- Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government
- 2 years of leadership and/or Point of Care testing experience
- 2 years of as a Medical Technologist
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Medical Technologist
