Dental Patient Care Coordinator
We are a multi-specialty private dental practice near Seattle's University Village seeking a professional, reliable, and cheerful Patient Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming patients to the office, gathering necessary information for registration
• Answering phones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
• Verifying insurance eligibility
• Surveilling the schedule and filling any open appointment times
• Accepting and posting patient payments
• Managing patient referrals

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of patient-facing experience in a dental or medical office
• Advanced customer service skills, ability to connect with people
• Consistent attention to detail
• Strong desire to learn and grow as a professional
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to accept feedback
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, experience with scheduling software
• Punctual, responsible and strong work ethic

Hours: Monday-Friday, hours flexible

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Pay: DOE plus full time benefits after 90 day probationary period which include full medical benefits, dental benefits and matching 401k benefits after 1 year of full time employment. We offer three weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and paid parking.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
