Job Description: Mechanical Contractor seeks project manager for construction projects.
Duties will include managing contract documents, vendor proposals, subcontracts, AIA invoicing, equipment submittals, requests for technical information, change orders, MS Projects scheduling, close out documents, maintenance manuals, managing field personnel at various jobsites
Capabilities should include estimating bids & change orders, labor cost control, material & subcontractor buyout skills, management of shop drawings, knowledge of Mechanical Contracting - Industrial / HVAC piping. and plumbing / medical gas piping, Sheet metal /ductwork, ability to work independently with high energy and self-reliance, ability to make quick and accurate decisions, able to illicit the cooperation of others, ability to work in fast paced demanding business
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary commensurate with experience

§ 15% of Premium for Employee Him/Herself
§ 30% of Premium for Any/All Dependents

· 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Anniversaries – 2 Weeks
· 5th Anniversary and each thereafter – 3 Weeks

· Paid Holidays – Eight each year (New Year’s, President’s, Memorial, Fourth of July, Labor, Veteran’s, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), plus Presidential Election Day
