Job Description and Requirements:
Supervise patient scheduling, registration, patient balances, medical records, data entry, and processing.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the practice.
Ensure patient satisfaction.
Coordinate staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff.
Promote excellent customer service among all staff members.
Assist in office recruitment efforts.
Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
Encourage and motivate staff for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Two years of experience in a medical office setting.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA and labor law.
Familiarity with regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
Understanding of maintaining supplies and equipment for medical settings.
Professional communication and presentation skills, including face-to-face, email, telephone, and video conferencing.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus.
