The CMA provides excellent patient care, customer service, responds efficiently to patient inquiries, and maintains high patient satisfaction. The best CMA’s are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and facilitate care with our Plastic Surgeon. They are patient, empathetic, and love to listen and speak with patients. Patient feedback is priceless, and CMA’s are the key to soliciting and receiving it.
We want to hear from you if you are professional, great with people, reliable, a team player, self-motivated, and ideally have two years experience in a medical office! Preference will be given to candidates posessing Certification as an CMA and/or experience in a cosmetic environment (i.e. Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Spa).
Responsibilities include assisting the Plastic Surgeon in the coordination of patient care, escorting patients to exam rooms, assisting the doctor with pre & post treatment care, patient charting, room set-up & disinfection, assistance during various laser treatments, answering phones, making appointments, patient follow up, checking patients in/out, reviewing daily schedules, and other duties as assigned.
CMA Certification is required.
Experience with Coolsculpting a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
A sense of humor and flexibility are highly desired.
Pay will be determined by experience.
