Medical Receptionist

Our private surgical practice is looking to fill a Medical Receptionist, part-time position, for a busy, one physician practice.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Strong customer service skills, Desire to interact with patient, Attention to detail, Professionalism, Organizational Skills, Multi-tasker, Ability to work Collaboratively, Medent and Microsoft experience (preferred).

PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering multi-line phones, Greeting patients, Scheduling patient appointments, Verifying insurance coverage, Collecting co-pays and balances.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
