- Basic computer proficiency
- Exceptional customer service skills, cleaning detail skills; the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations
- Continual walking, standing, bending,

- Continual talking in person or on the phone
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
