This role will serve as a Strategic Business Partner for driving reward strategy, approach & implementation for BCG X.
- You will partner closely with X People Leadership, HR, Recruitment and Finance teams to understand compensation needs and partner with BCG Global Compensation Centre of Excellence to deliver a best in class rewards approach for BCG X
- In partnership with Global Compensation, you will support required salary reviews for X population and the global bonus processes, including contributing to the design and delivery of guidance to local HR stakeholders
- Responsible for working with regional teams to educate employees on compensation approach, bringing to life compelling total reward approach
- Working with regional and local compensation teams to ensure operationalisation of our compensation approach
- Drive/support compensation related initiatives as appropriate and provide compensation expertise as the business requires
- Be key interface with BCG Benefits and be point of contact for Benefits projects that impact BCG X population
