Personal Injury Pre-Lit Case Manager

We are seeking legal Case Manager to work up cases in pre-litigation. Please have 2+ years experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation and be fluent in Spanish and English. Please be organized, detail oriented, and most importantly thoughtful and compassionate to Clients.
Job duties include:
Conducting intakes and new client interviews
MediCal and MediCare reporting
Resolving property damage claims
Organizing medical treatment
Tracking and working up cases
Client contact and care
Settling BI claims
Lien negotiations
We have three locations in LA, IE, and PD, but since March 2020 we work remotely from home.
