Position Overview:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our Pre-Litigation Department. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently representing our clients' interests and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement
• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures throughout the pre-litigation phase
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Provide guidance on legal issues and case strategy to the pre-litigation team as needed
• Review work product, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processes
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on professional growth and development
• Perform other duties as assigned

Location: This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.
Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Califiornia State Bar and in good standing
• Experience working as an attorney in the field of Personal Injury, Plaintiff's side experience preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and achieving favorable outcomes for clients
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, medical professionals, law enforcement, and colleagues in Personal Injury cases
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
