An Employment & Personal Injury Law Firm is a rapidly growing boutique firm looking for an experienced, sharp, and driven Senior Litigation attorney for its plaintiff's side employment litigation practice. The candidate would manage various types of employment cases including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment litigation matters. While the candidate would have significant autonomy in managing their cases, Blackstone Law believes in creating a collaborative environment and the candidate will be working closely with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients.Candidates MUST have at least 3+ years of experience in employment litigation and have very strong writing and research skills.
