Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and memos
- File and maintain documents and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including making reservations and arranging logistics
-Take detailed meeting notes for all executive and team meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Type and transcribe documents as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred
