- Ensures that local, state and federal environmental regulations are being met
- Works with various internal stakeholder groups to develop collaborative, compliant outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Clean Air Act (including but not limited to NSR Permitting, Title V, TRI, Emissions Inventories, GACT, BBBBBB, NSPS K/Ka/Kb/Kc, NSPS XX, MACT CC, MACT R, MACT WW, Mandatory GHG reporting)
- Ensures compliance with waste management and reporting rules (including but not limited to RCRA,
- Ensure compliance with Clean Water Act (including but not limited to SPCC/FRP, NPDES)
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and update oil spill response plans, exercises, and drills.
- Develops and updates environmental standards and policies
- Facilitates environmental compliance audit program
- Participates in community and agency relations activities
- Participates on corporate Environmental Management Team
- Manages outside consultants
- May maintain Service Agreements for Special Project Management
- May lead Classroom Training
- Work with various internal stakeholders to maintain and update Environmental Management Systems (Enablon)
