Responsibilities:
- Assist to better serve the CEO, assist on pick-up and deliveries, create and respond fast to e-mail inquiries from shipment templates, fast typing, help in general office duties such as mailing, proficient in making copies, scanning documents.
- Manage calls professionally, coordinate and organize schedules, set up the office, order office supplies, maintain records, follow-ups.
- Run personal errands for CEO.
- Be creative and save time.
- Become an international logistics coordinator.
- Be proficient in using basic systems. Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus.
- Assist small bookkeeping duties.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

* Compensation available at yearly end.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
