Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a physically disabled young adult: phone calls, paper work, insurance submissions, computer use - e.g. making to do lists and responding to email

- Assist in scheduling and tracking medical appointments and provide transportation as needed

- Manage calendar

- Organize physical office space

-Develop procedures to streamline work
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transpiration
- Perform basic office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Kindness and sensitivity with disabled individual

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
