The Founder of the Noxid Group is seeking a Part-Time Hybrid Executive and Personal Assistant.
Location:
The role will require some local travel around the DC/MD/VA area and the approximate hours are 10-20 per week.
About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to work as an Executive/Personal Assistant directly supporting and reporting to the Founder of Noxid Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will be looked at as an accountability partner. Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills, exercises considerable foresight, prioritization, and judgement; performs tasks in a timely manner, with great attention to detail; maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism; and anticipates needs and follow up to make sure tasks are completed. This role will help manage the day-to-day logistics, provide support with calendar and time management, lead travel coordination, execute various personal tasks and other related responsibilities as assigned.
Your Responsibilities:
· Manage meeting planning and multiple calendars, carefully monitoring and coordinating invites, acceptances, and declines; manage conflicts, keeping Founder aware as appropriate.
· Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning and packages from Tyson’s Corner.
· Manage email.
· Plan travel, business meals, hotel, etc.
- Making phone calls on Founder’s behalf.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to completion, often with competing deadlines.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain a close, trusting relationship with the Founder, so you can provide catered, personalized support.

Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience or demonstrated related skills.
- Proficiency in key technology including Zoom, Google, Microsoft Office including Word, and Scheduling software.
- The ideal candidate will be located in one of the following cities in MD: Columbia, Hanover, Ellicott City, Laurel, Fulton area, or Owens Mills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
