Role Impact:

Enhanced Responsibilities:
- Culture and Leadership: Foster a workplace environment that reflects the organization's core values. Serve as a strategic partner to the team on management and organizational issues, including talent recruitment, development, and optimization.
- International Expansion and Compliance: Lead HR strategy for international expansion, managing cross-border hiring efforts and ensuring compliance with global employment laws. Develop strong working relationships with management and employees to provide value-added services.
- Innovation and Policy Development: Evaluate and innovate compensation, benefits, and employee incentive programs. Craft and implement branding strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retention. Stay current on regulatory, market changes, and trends to maintain compliance.
- System Migration and Compliance: Oversee critical HR system migrations and manage compliance across various jurisdictions, ensuring the company remains ahead of regulatory requirements domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge and Skill Enhancement: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation. Utilize expertise in state registrations for remote employees and international visa types to streamline processes and enhance employee experiences.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, complemented by at least eight years of human resource management experience.
- SHRM certification preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional development and excellence in HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a leadership team, influencing, building trust, and integrating the companys values into every aspect of HR.
- Superior interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, matched with strong project management and organizational capabilities.
