Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards.
- Inspection and Testing: Perform thorough inspections of PCB, PCBA, Component materials and related materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards. This can involve visual examinations, measurements, and various testing methods.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, measurements, and other relevant data accurately and in accordance with established procedures. Maintain detailed records of inspections, defects, and generate an outgoing report.
- Testing Equipment Operation: Operate testing equipment, such as calipers, gauges, Vision system, and coordinate measuring machines, to accurately assess product Cosmetic, dimensions and characteristics.
- Reporting: Generate reports summarizing inspection results, defect rates, and any actions taken to address quality issues. Present findings to relevant teams and management as needed.
Requirements
- 2- Year College degree majoring in Electrical Tech is preferred.
- From PCB industry and/or assembly industry or have significant experience in production and involving PCB and/or assembly industry with at least 2 years’ experience, familiar with PCB and/or assembly process/ quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
