Job Description
- Product and packaging testing through use of lab equipment, physical attributes, and basic math.
- Line clean up, inspection, and documentation of related activities.
- Conducts visual standards checks against customer specifications.
- Accurately fill out required paperwork according to required schedules.
- Approved finished products for release and notify Senior Quality team members when out of specification product issues arise.
- Assist with QA Audits including customer audits and annual BRC audits.
- Review prior shift documentation for quality trends and communicates effectively with production team members the results of testing.
- Acts as a champion of the site’s Quality Management System by following all cGMP, documentation, and sanitation program requirements at all times.
Required Education/Skills:
- Associate Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Experience with internal or external auditing programs in manufacturing environments.
- At least three (2) years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Food contact packaging industry experience.

This position requires a 40-hour workweek with possible occasional overtime.
