Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration, including data entry, reconciliation, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, and deductions.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and tax filings as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including changes in status, exemptions, and other relevant information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payroll-related inquiries.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Communicate payroll-related information to employees, including paystubs and tax forms.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate and compliant payroll records.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• 10 Key by touch
• Advanced Level Excel Skills
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
