We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for our employees and ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees
Ensure accuracy of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
Calculate and process employee deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in payroll processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
