Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill a hybrid Payroll Integration Specialist position. We are a vibrant and growing national third party, non-producing administration firm. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to routine client and account manager questions regarding Novalink
- Assist clients with authentication issues when using Novalink
- Assist in documenting common issues and solutions
- Assist clients with payroll mapping
- Download census files
- Perform payroll file submission at various record-keepers
- Enter select changes into payroll systems
- Read and interpret selection provisions of 401(k) documents
- Assist with other projects as required
- Bachelor's degree
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage a dashboard (to do list) of assigned work
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet goals and deadlines
- Great at establishing and documenting process
- Ability to prioritize assignments based on deadlines
- Works extremely well as a team player and enters each day with a positive attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Great at asking questions
- Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Prior work experience in an office setting a plus
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Coachable and committed to professional development
- Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 if no relevant experience
- Base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 if one – three years of relevant 401(k) or payroll experience
- Non-exempt, eligible for overtime

- Approximately one time per year, travel to company training or industry events
- No international travel
