Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Overtime when necessary
Location: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 an hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401K, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 Paid Holidays
Primary Job Function: The Payroll Specialist will prepare and process bi-weekly payroll and related tax filings.
Daily Duties:
- Bi-weekly payroll processing for various compensation structures.
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee's hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
- Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
- Payroll-related tax filings.
- Update payroll system and profiles.
- Attend to payroll issues and questions.
- Assist with other accounting functions.
- Process monthly CAR and quarterly incentives.
- Assist with the creation and modifications of compensation agreements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned
