SalaryThis position is responsible for compiling and posting employee payroll data and managing the payroll process to ensure all staff are paid timely and accurately. Also responsible for providing customer service to staff while assisting during the payroll process.
- Review and process timesheets in an automated time and attendance environment, including export of information to generate Paycom batches.
- Verify and input all changes in Paycom
- Batch creation for manual time sheets and import into Paycom
- Review of payroll preview reports
- Enter voluntary deductions and garnishes into Paycom
- In absence of payroll manager, ensure the timely processing of payroll
- Prepare and create various reports on payroll operations
High School or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
