Job Duties:
Assistant is responsible for processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
This includes tasks such as inputting hours worked, calculating wages, and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
They also provide assistance in handling wage garnishments, which involves deducting a portion of an employee's wages to satisfy a debt or legal obligation.
Additionally, The processes payroll transfer reports for employees who work at different locations and ensures that benefits deductions, such as health insurance premiums and retirement contributions, are accurate.
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Provide assistance in entering and paying all wage garnishments.
