Office Assistant

Job Summary:

Local company that has been in business for over 30 years is looking for an employee to join our team.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:

-Filing

-Answering phones

-Printing payrolls

-Meet deadlines for mail and UPS daily

Skills of the Office Assistant:

-Computer knowledge

-Multi tasking

-Ability to communicate with customers

-General knowledge of payroll

Job details:

Monday through Wednesday 9-4. High phone volume, must have proper phone etiquette. Filing, computer knowledge, and basic office experience is necessary. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment due to daily dead lines. Requires a positive attitude and ability to communicate with customers. A general knowledge of payroll is a must. Very important to pay attention to detail! Must be reliable!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
