The Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for auditing bi-weekly payroll, fringe benefits and leave accounting functions for up to 432 employees. This position prepares and maintains reports, assists and counsels employees with time reporting and Benefits, interprets pay and leave provisions affecting non-represented, represented and part-time employees. This requires extensive teamwork and communication with other Human Resources staff, supervisors, employees, and Central Payroll staff.
