Payroll Consultant

Our client has a consulting need for a Paylocity expert. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and analytical prowess to identify and comprehend errors within the system. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive plan aimed at rectifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy within the Paylocity system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the existing Paylocity operating system.
• Identify and analyze errors, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies within the system.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Develop a strategic roadmap and action plan to address identified issues and optimize system performance.
• Implement solutions and enhancements to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the implementation process.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor system performance and identify areas for further improvement.
• Document all processes, procedures, and changes made to the Paylocity system.
• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and expertise in working with Paylocity systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to optimize system performance.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
• Prior experience in consulting or project-based roles is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
