What you will do…
- Performs human resources duties using Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS), OnBase and Kronos.
- Assists in processing of absence management issues (e.g. disability, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Worker’s Compensation)
- Participates as an ambassador for the state wellness program (Take Charge Live Well).
- Assists in finalizing and verifying benefit events after employee enrollment, serves as liaison for various state benefit programs.
- Assists in processing timecards, leave requests, approvals, absence leave cases and finalizing of payroll file.
- Participates in new hire orientation for payroll and benefits.
Starting hourly pay of $29.49/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service, and an ending hourly pay of $42.01/hr.
