```Duties``` - Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations - Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity - Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments - Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters - Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors - Generate payroll reports for management as needed - Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role - Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software for payroll processing - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and payroll laws - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy - Experience with general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions - Familiarity with payroll systems such as Workday, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft - Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently - Experience in preparing journal entries for payroll transactions Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
