Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are very precise workers. Experience working in a dealership accounting office is a PLUS! Successful candidates are collaborative but also work diligently on their own.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Timely and accurate processing of multiple payroll cycles per month
• Maintain personnel records
• Oversee the verification of time records for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
• Responsible for administration of payroll deductions (e.g., garnishments, child support)
• Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
• Process all new hire and terminated employee documentation
• Process weekly spiff payments
• Process payroll taxes

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working in a Payroll role 
• Experience working in a dealership accounting office preferred
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 
• Data-driven, thorough, and organized 
• Ability to multi-task
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
