We are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for our Senior Living Operating Company, Anthology Senior Living. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for processing timesheets, updating payroll records, and answering questions about payments. Ultimately, you will ensure employees are compensated correctly and on time. If you have great attention to detail, and outstanding analytical and numerical skills, we would like to meet you.
Your Mission
- Process payroll information such as wage attachments retroactive pay, bonuses, and commissions.
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
- Coordinate with HR about any changes in payroll (e.g., terminations, new hires)
- Oversee electronic payments and payroll checks.
- Resolve issues with benefits that interact with payroll such as paid time off and leave of absences.
- Produce reports to upper management upon request.
- Answer inquiries about payroll questions.
- Work with management on audit or requests.
- Willingness to learn about federal, state, and local taxes including registration for new tax accounts.
- CPP/FPC or BS/BA in a relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Full understanding of all payroll processes
- Well-informed of legislation relevant to payroll (such as Wage and Hour, and FLSA)
- Working knowledge of payroll systems (preferably Ceridian Dayforce or similar)
- Experience with Excel
- An analytical mind with solid problem-solving skills.

- Experienced in dealing with highly complex companies with multiple subsidiaries that have significant impacts on coding and payment processes.
