Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Post-payroll processing of payroll-related data.
- Assisting with Tax setup and vendor case management.
- Assist with tax and quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Assisting with employee payroll-related questions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a payroll office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
- Problem solver and strong attention to detail.
- Multi-state tax experience.
- Experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant payroll compliance and regulations.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
