Patient Representative

We are seeking a professional Patient Representative for our reception area. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, gathering accurate demographic information necessary for completing the billing process including all insurance information and/or updates, charge and payment entry, and assisting with appointment scheduling. Wages will be reflective with experience.

Candidate must posses the following:

• Previous customer service and/or medical office experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have experience in operating a multi-line phone system
• Be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Must be a self motivator and flexible
• Maintain confidentiality is a must
• open/close the office according to established protocol
• prepare daily bank deposits and send to appropriate staff for processing
• must have reliable transportation to provide coverage in each of Eye Surgeons Associates locations.
• high school graduate or equivalent
• Occasionally must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.

Office hours are Monday -Friday
